Kukicha Herbal Traditionally the morning cuppa hasKukicha is composed of the stems of high grade Gyokuro and Sencha tea leaves which are removed during the manufacturing process of those teas. Kukicha stems have a sweet and full flavour. Due to the fact that Kukicha is only made using the stems of high grade Gyokuro and Sencha, a very small amount is available every year.
